India-Nepal train connection strengthen

Good news for India-Nepal train passengers. The first passenger train is likely to run between India and Nepal from December, confirmed the railways. The train will run from Jayanagar in Bihar to Kurtha in Dhanusa district in Janakpur of south-eastern Nepal. However, it is still not clear where the immigration post will be established. But it is likely to be established at Jayanagar station by the state government.

As per sources, no visa will be required as a documentation for both Indian and Nepalese nationals crossing the border. Ministry of external affair stated that several inter-ministerial meetings will be held for further business purpose.
